Privacy policy for Navium, FLI, and Bearing.

Scope

This policy applies to `careerfit.app`, `fli-sa-product.vercel.app`, `bearing.careerfit.app`, and related services including email and APIs. If an enterprise customer signs a DPA, that agreement governs where it differs from this notice.

What we collect
  • Account and organization data such as name, email, role, and workspace membership
  • Assessment, survey, invitation, report, and workflow data required to run the product
  • Device, browser, timestamps, logs, and security diagnostics
  • Support interactions and service-delivery metadata
How we use information
  • Provide secure authentication, access control, and tenant isolation
  • Run assessments, surveys, reports, playbooks, approvals, and workflow orchestration
  • Improve product quality, reliability, and security
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Sharing and disclosure

We share data with service providers who process information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction
